HealthyLiving
About Us
What HealthyLiving is
HealthyLiving is a personal health record for people in Sri Lanka: one calm, private place to keep your own health information, and that of the people you care for, so that it is ready when you or your doctor need it.
Health information is too often scattered across prescriptions in a drawer, lab reports in a bag and readings that nobody wrote down. We want every person to be able to walk into an appointment with a clear, complete picture of their own health.
What you can do with it
- Record readings such as blood pressure, weight and blood sugar, and see how they change over time.
- Keep a list of your conditions, allergies, medicines and treatments, with reminders for your medicines.
- Keep a symptom diary.
- Store laboratory and imaging reports, and keep their results in one place.
- Add family profiles for children or older parents, and hand a young person's record over to them when they turn 18.
- Show or print a one-page Doctor View at an appointment.
- Read health articles written for ordinary readers.
What we believe
- Your record is yours. You decide what goes in it, and you can correct it at any time.
- We do not sell your information and we do not show advertising.
- Plain words. We explain things in everyday language and say clearly what the service cannot do.
- Honesty about limits. HealthyLiving is not a doctor and not an emergency service. Read our Medical Disclaimer.
